The Odyssey government on Tuesday nominated ace sprinter Dutee Chand for the Rajiv Gandhi Hel Ratna Award, the country’s highest sporting honor.
In addition to Dutee, the Odyssey government has sent five other recommendations to the sports ministry, an official here said.
