Tecno Spark 7P with 90Hz display, MediaTek Helio G70 debuts

The Tecno Spark 7P debuted silently just days after the launch of the Tecno Spark 7. The new smartphone from the Chinese company comes with a 90 Hz display and offers triple rear cameras. The Tecno Spark 7P also carries a MediaTek Helio G70 SoC and a large 5000 mAh battery. Other key highlights of the smartphone include a dual selfie flash, four different colors and up to 128 GB of storage. Tecno Spark 7P is also available with preloaded features such as Super Night Mode and Dirac Stereo Sound Effect.

Tecno Spark 7P price, availability

Tecno Spark 7P has been listed on the company’s website in 64 GB and 128 GB storage options, as well as Alps Blue, Magnet Black, Spruce Green and Summer Mojito color options. Tecno has not yet provided details about its price and availability. Given the hardware it carries, the smartphone will likely be available somewhere close to the prices of the Tecno Spark 7, which were starts in India on Rs. 8 499 for the regular version and of Rs. 7,499 for the Android Go model.

According to the specifications listed on the company’s website, the dual SIM (Nano) Tecno Spark 7P works Android 11 with HiOS 7.5 on top. It has a 6.8-inch HD + (720×1,640 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a ratio of 20.5: 9. The phone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 SoC, along with 4GB of RAM as standard. For photos and videos, the Tecno Spark 7P has a triple rear camera setting that includes a 16-megapixel primary sensor. There is also an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front, as well as a dual LED flash.

Tecno Spark 7P has 64GB and 128GB built-in storage options that can be expanded via a microSD card. Connection options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS / A-GPS, Micro-USB and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On-board sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light and proximity sensor. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor mounted on the back.

Fluent has provided a 5000 mAh battery to the phone. It measures 171.9×77.9×9.15mm.
