This despite the fact that Spotify lyrics partner – streaming services are not directly responsible for the lyrics – the Musixmatch lyrics app offers a catalog of lyrics with Hindi translations (available on JioSaavn according to reports). Maybe once Spotify is localized in Hindi, it can start working to include lyrics in Hindi. Of course, despite the localization, most of the song titles will continue to be in English.
