The RMX2081PU_11.C.06 update carries Realme UI 2.0, based on Android 11, to Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom. Realme announced the update via blog post on Wednesday. The update offers many features of Realme smartphones. The distribution will be phased in to ensure stability, according to the company. It will reach limited users from today, May 26, and will eventually be available to other users once all critical bugs have been cleared.
Realme will allow customization options, such as creating wallpapers, using third-party application icons, and three dark modes – enhanced, medium, and gentle. Users will be able to drag text, images and files from one window to another in split screen mode, along with an optimized page for editing the smart sidebar.
Users can also customize ringtones using the Tone Tunes feature to set a time period for Do Not Disturb mode. The update also optimizes the widget for time, vibration settings and automatic brightness. The Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom update allows users to remove or combine folders, along with adding app filters to the launcher.
The update also adds a System Cloner tool that allows users to create different systems that can be further protected using different fingerprints. The app lock feature can also be quickly turned on or off via quick settings. Realme has also improved SOS features and optimized the permission manager. In addition, the update also offers an immersive game mode and changes the way users can call the game assistant.
The Wi-Fi hotspot has also become easier to share with others using a QR code. Users of Realme smartphones can now archive and sync photos in the cloud from their Private Safe folders. In addition, the photo app also gets an optimized editing feature. Realme has also updated the HeyTap cloud to make it easier to store documents, system settings, WeChat data and more.
The camera of Realme smartphones has also received improvements in the form of added shortcuts for instant sharing and editing of multimedia, added inertial zoom function and addition of a level and network function to the camcorder. The update also brings Sleep Capsule, which plans a stay for smartphones. The amplifier allows users to amplify low sounds and soften loud sounds in the background while using headphones.
Finally, Realme also warned users that after updating smartphones, the first reboot can take a long time, especially if the phone has many third-party applications. The phone can also lag behind and experience slightly higher power consumption, while optimizing the operating system and eliminating potential risks for smartphones. Realme also offers users to leave the smartphone without work for 5 hours or to use it for 3 days before the smartphone returns to its normal working conditions.
