New Zealand Cricket (NZC) said on Tuesday that all cricketers who will be leaving for their tour of England have been vaccinated.

NZC’s Twitter BlackCaps handle posted photos of fast bowling Neil Wagner receiving his first shot. “The first @ covid19nz vaccine for @ NeilWagner13 in Tauranga today. He is the last of our New Zealand players to receive the first of two doses before leaving for England in May,” BlackCaps tweeted.

New Zealand is playing two test matches against England, starting on June 2 and June 10. They then face India in the World Test Championship (WTC) on June 18. The Kiwis may be missing key team members, including the captain Kane Williamsondue to their game in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
