“My wife has joined me with my three children this year. So it has a special feel. I’m going to miss the crowd. I mean, I’m not getting any younger. I’m just looking forward to going out and performing.”
“We know there is a long way to go, but we will have a lot of fun,” he added.
Earlier, De Villiers spoke in the RCB video for Bold Diaries about his training and net sessions before IPL.
“I had a good time, a few workouts, a lot of fitness, a lot of work in the gym. I feel ready and I’m as young as ever, I’m looking forward to it,” said de Villier.
