During the Q&A session, Kartik also chose Morgan as his favorite IPL partner. “My favorite partner has to be @ Eoin16. He never says cricket in the middle, just random things … I enjoy doing that!” he wrote.

Kartik also credited Abhishek Nayar for his role in bringing his career up a spiral. “It’s been a spiral up since I started working with him and the preparation is very different now than before,” Kartik said when asked about Nayar’s role in his career.

In addition, Kartik also chose Shakib Al Hasan as KKR’s most exciting recruitment for the upcoming season. “It’s always great to have Shakib Al Hassan with us, he was a very exciting set for us. He has played with KKR before, so it’s great to bring him back to our team,” he wrote.

Kolkata’s clothing will take part in SunRisers Hyderabad at its first IPL 2021 match on April 11 in Chennai. KKR will play its first three matches in Chennai, followed by two in Mumbai, four in Ahmedabad and its last five matches in Bengaluru.
