  1. Enter your details exactly and choose the passport office you can visit.

  2. Enter the CAPTCHA characters, and then click I’m registering button.

  3. Now, I’m coming in to the Passport Seva portal with your registered login ID.

  4. Choose Apply for a new passport / passport reissue option from the applicant’s homepage.

  5. Select the second option from the list with Click here to fill out the online application form option.

  6. Now enter details such as the type of application and the type of passport.

  7. Click on The next one button.

  8. Now select View saved / sent apps option.

  9. Click on Payment and appointment planning connection for making the payment of the fee for re-issuance and scheduling of the meeting.

  10. Choose Online payment. It can be used to receive payment via Internet banking or a credit or debit card. You can also use the Challan Payment option if you are not ready to pay online.

  11. Now press The next one button.

  12. You will now need to select a PSK location and then print the receipt.

Once you receive the receipt, you must visit the Passport Seva Kendra or the Regional Passport Office where the meeting was booked. Bring your original documents along with the receipt. You are not required to carry a physical application receipt if you can display the SMS you received on your phone after accepting the appointment online.

Because COVID-19 outbreak, the government has required applicants attending a passport office to follow certain guidelines. These include wearing a face mask, wearing a disinfectant and using the Aarogya Setu app on your phone. You will also need to follow the rules of social distancing during your visit.
