Three players from Islamabad United and Multan Sultans are part of the dream team of the Pakistan Super League-6 (PSL-6), which was selected by former international cricketers after the T20 tournament here, with the Sultans defeating Peshawar Zalmi with 47 runs to stigmatize your maiden title.
Mohammad Rizwan of Multan Sultans was appointed captain of the team after inspiring his country to rise to second place in fifth place after the end of 30 league games.
Rizwan finished the tournament with 500 tracks with four and a half centuries of 12 games at an average of 45.45. He also took 20 catches to win the “Best Goalkeeper Award”.
Of the 11 players selected on the basis of their contribution, as well as the impact of their performances on team results, Asif Ali, Babar Azam,, Hassan Ali, Shahin Afridi and Wahab Riaz were elected for a second time.
Babar Azam and Shahin Afridi are the only two players to retain their seats since 2020.
Babar Azam was chosen to open the inning with the Afghan Hazratula Zazai, v Colin Munro, Sohaib Maqsood, Mohammad Rizwan and Asif Ali form the middle row.
Wahab Riaz will lead the bowling team, which also includes Hassan Ali, Shahin Afridi, Shahnavaz Dahani and Rashid Khan from Afghanistan.
The team was selected by a group of former international cricketers and commentators, including David Gower, Pomie Mbangwa, Ramiz Raja and Sana Mir.
